Join us for an enlightening conference featuring industry leaders and experts in the field of ageing and wellness. Esteemed speakers like A/Prof Angelique Chan from CARE, Duke-NUS Medical School, and Ms Han Yah Yee from Montfort Care will be sharing valuable insights and latest trends to support and encourage ageing well in the community.

AgeWell Championship

Mode: In-person

While the Championship Games are only open to seniors from active ageing centres and children from PCF SparkleTots, you can still enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and be cheerleaders for the competing teams alongside fellow audience members. Watch the teams compete in a friendly, spirited competition to win the coveted championship trophy. It is a fantastic opportunity to witness their skills, sportsmanship, and zest for life.
