With a medical degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Harvard University, Dr Christina Tiong’s career spanned across various portfolios from direct patient care in geriatrics, primary care, surgery and emergency medicine, to management roles in policy and planning, hospital operations, clinical innovations, hospital infrastructure as well as healthcare IT implementation.

She endeavours to build a vibrant Home care charity that will empower patients and caregivers to age well and live joyfully in the community.

Ms Chiang Jiarong

A dedicated therapist with more than 10 years of experience, Jiarong joined HNF as Team Lead and was subsequently promoted, demonstrating leadership capabilities in guiding her therapists.

Jiarong graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy.

Dr Ng Wai Chong

Dr Ng Wai Chong is the Head of Clinical Development at HNF. He is also a practising community aged-care physician and the Founder-CEO of NWC Longevity Practice, a social enterprise providing aged care consultancy, training, research, and direct clinical services. He is widely known for his thought leadership in community aged-care system development, primary care for the frail, population health, case management, comprehensive needs assessment, healthy ageing and caregiver support.
