HNF Corporate Video

Founded in 1976, Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is one of the oldest and most established charities that provides home care in Singapore.

We deliver comprehensive care programmes that are dedicated to our patients. From nursing to medical-care, to looking after patients’ social well-being and other practical daily needs, we bring care and support into the homes of those in need.

Portraits Of Love (full video)

“Portraits of Love” is a project that stemmed from a simple wish to present homebound patients with a photograph of themselves to put on their bare walls, and to take their minds off their illnesses. A sizeable proportion of HNF’s beneficiaries live in highly subsidized rental housing, many of them by themselves.

Fronted by HNF volunteers who are professionals in their areas of work, the project will culminate in a public photo exhibition to be held on 22 to 24 April 2016 at Raffles City Shopping Centre Level 3. The aim is to heighten greater public interest and awareness about home healthcare services in Singapore.

The “Portraits of Love” exhibition showcases photographs and write-ups of beneficiary profiles who received support through home healthcare services provided by HNF. For more info, visit portraitsoflove.sg.
